AlertPay和PayPal一樣是線上金流服務也就是網上支付系統

申請一般帳戶收付款均免手續費（每月限額$400美元，每年不得超過$2000美元）

1. sing up now  開始註冊

2.選擇一般帳戶並按下一步

 3.填寫資料，填完按下一步 

    個人資料都必須以英文填寫。 中文地址英譯、姓名翻譯。

    AlertPay 此次改版變成要年滿18 歲！記得年齡要填夠。

    填寫家裡電話的方法：國碼＋區碼＋電話號碼。  例：88606xxxxx

    忘記密碼時的安全提示問題：

       Mother's maiden name?（你母親本來的性）

      Name of first car you owned?（你的第一輛車的名稱）
